Any one person can have as many characters as he or she likes however only one may be on the MUD at any one time.
You may not collect equipment with one character in order that another character that you control may use it. You are free to give equipment to other people though.
This means you cannot have two mortals, a wizard and a mortal or even two wizards logged on at the same time.
